Adding photos in Lawtrak using the Remote Desktop requires one additional step. First step is to place your photos in a folder accessible to the RDWeb session. A "temp photos" foider was established on the City Share Drive for this purpose. (Z:\Temp Photos)

Simply navigate to the City Share drive to the Temp Photos folder and create a new folder inside that one using the case number. Do not add your photos to the main Temp Photos folder - make sure to create a new folder for your case images.
Once you have copied your photos into your newly created folder go to your Incident Report in Lawtrak and select the Pictures button.

Then select the "Get Directory" button. This will pull every photo inside the folder you just created verus having to upload each one at a time. Select Yes at the warning prompt.


**THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART**
You will see a warning that says the folder /user name/ can't be used. Please choose another folder. This is ok, everything is going to be alright. Simply select "OK"
And then select the > next to "This PC" to drop the folder down, select the > next to "City Share" to drop that folder down, and the same for Temp Photos.
You will then see your newly created folder (in a real scenerio it should be the case number). Select the folder and add your photos. Be patient if you have lots of photos it takes a little time to copy them all over. And thats it! Your're all set.
